Now My Tanks Are Cycled How Often Do I Maintain?

Hi ,i`ve got a 110l with gravel and a 28l with sand ,how often and how much do i water change ,gravel vac and clean filter,please ?

A 10-25% water change every week should keep everything in shape, if your filter is an internal clean it every month, if it is an external ever 3-6 months.

Do a gravel vac when necessary.

Thanks ,with my filter do i just squeeze sponges out and get rid of most of dirt from inside filter?

Just give them a light squeeze in removed tank water to remove any larger particles, don't be too vigorous.

That sounds about right, although I find that I have to clean internal filters every week or every other week to get the plant debris out..
