Noticed Some Scratches On Inside Of Glass

I've noticed some scratches on the inside of my tank over the last few days. They aren't very long (biggest is around half an inch), and not very deep. Although they are deep enough for me to feel them with a fingernail.

Should I be concerned at all?

Some are half way up the front, and I've noticed some near the bottom. Substrate is sand, although I have recently changed from gravel.

Hey do you use a magnetic glass cleaner?
I've noticed sometimes i clean my tank bits of gravel or sand get trapped between both magnets and leave small scratches, but there nothing to worry about.

I do, but would the sand really scratch?

Although thinking about it, I suppose it could be.

Yup, I don't use mine anymore becuase of this
