One of my mollies is rubbing it self against stuff in the tank but there are no signs of white spots or anything on him.
It isnt doing it all the time but just every once in a while maybe just an itch on him?

My tank is still cycling as i got bad information about cycling the tank and basically i have now had to go through a cycle with fish in the tank.
so i know this could be the cause of stress due to water conditions just need to know what you think it could be?

If you can't see any white spots they might turn up in a few days. Ammonia and nitrite will irritate the fish's skin and cause them to occasionally rub against stuff in the tank. Fish also get protozoan infections that can cause them to rub. These usually show up as a grey film over the top half of the body. If the eyes are cloudy then it is probably water quality (ammonia, nitrite). Poor water quality will cause the fish to produce excess mucous and can make them look like they are covered in a cream/grey film.
Keep the feeding down and do regular water changes to dilute any nutrient build up. Once the filters have established you can reduce the water changes and increase the food.
