please help my betta, trust me water parameters are all fine. bettas are not living in any of my tanks.

is it just my luck with bettas? i have no problems with any of my other fish. ever! please help.

what is this clear film over red "rash"looking area on mmy betta.

Bless him looks like septicemia to me, you will need an antibiotic, but one is has progressed it hard to cure so good luck.
