Nosing up and down the glass

Well it was at first only my swordtail that did this, nosed up and down on the glass, on the side which looks almost mirrored, and they can clearly see themselves

But now my silver and dalmation mollies do this too, is it normal ??

My clown loaches do it all the time. Dont know whether its normal or not but it seems to entertain them.

Yah, all my livebearers and most of my cories do this. One of my angelfish has recently taken up the action as well...guess he wanted to know what he was missing . Another favorite of my platties and swords is swimming into the current from the filter outlet.

It's fine, my cories and tetras have always done it...though I suspect the cories are just looking for MORe to eat...
