my male agassizi has started goin up and down the side of the tank with the cory's.....never found out why corys do it, when i bought him and a female 4days ago he was took over half the tank and a small coconut shell, the female looks a bit small to be reaady for breeding as she hasnt turned yellow eithr, but now he doent do any chasin and hasnt been bk to his coconut shl in a while,

if the corys are reaching the surface when they go up and down, you might have a dissolved oxygen issue. increase surface agitation (and/or lower temperature a little if it's feasible with the fish you have) and your fish should be fine

otherwise doesnt sound like anything to be concerned about

thanks, its only really one cory thats doin it but only goin half way up, seen them hit the surface a couple time sin like a month thats it
