Hey guys, just a quick question. Bought a nice all-glass non-return valve from co2art - looks the business, but can't get it to work.

I will contact the supplier shortly, but just wondered if I'm doing something stupid.

Is it possible I have the non return valve too low to the ground? Have tried vertical and horizontal. ? Water is reaching the solenoid.

Uh, the first question id ask is, is it the right way around?

the only "stupid" thing you could possibly do with a non return valve is to fit it the wrong way round, simple test is to try and blow through both ends to ensure it's fitted in the correct orientation, if it's not allowing air flow then it's faulty, sometimes they require quite a bit of extra pressure to open, this back pressure could quite easily force your Co2 out of any weak connections (leak from the system)

It was me being stupid. It has to be above the water line. Do all non-return valves need to be above the water line?
