Sounds like snake oil to me. There isn't even a mention of nitrates.............

Am I the only one that read it includes nitrItes? Lol. *goes off to buy product, pretending it's garbage* lol.

I read that it helped break down toxic ammonia and added nitrites and nitrates to reduce stress on fish

Oops, missed where it said nitrate & nitrites..........I speed read sometimes :hyper:

I think they made a mistake & they meant it reduces ammonia, nitrites & nitrates............either way I don't believe it. I do believe you can achieve a tank that doesn't require water changes if everything is balanced just right with low fish stock & plants to consume nitrates. I met a guy that has a 125 gallon tank with a sump that has a huge, viney plant growing out of it & he claimed he only does a 25% water change every 4 to 6 months. Sometimes even longer.

I'd be curious to whether or not it works...... towards eliminating ammonia and nitrites, if it does then there is finally another product on the market that helps with these things, as with people that have ammonia in there tap, fishkeeping could become quite unfavorable :good: If the Owners, and invetors have a product that atcually will eliminate ammonia then I'll be quite happy.

I just don't want to test the theory on any of my tanks.

Ooooo yay I'm going to get some!

I hate my water changes. My 15l goldfish tank gets so dirty!

there seems to be good reviews on it could be worth a try...

but it just would take the fun out of fish keeping by not doing water changes ha

Would be interesting to get in touch with the people who make it, just to see what they say.

I'd bet money those reviews are written by the company selling the product. They are written in a very similar style and just sound like marketing "testimonials".

I just can not believe it. There is no way it could make it no water changes for a year and there are so many 5 star ratings that I kind of gasped with shock.

Would not risk it on my little fishy friends
