Fish Herder
basically as the title suggests, im currently not housing any fish, (working on getting my plants going) and ive acquired some malaysan trumpet snails. I know they eat alge and stuff, but my tank is relativly new, and has never had fish in it. Will the snails need to be fed something? would fish flakes be ok? thanks!
You could try a slice of those - wieghted down as they float. If you've got plants, you may well have some weights from them, if not push the handle of a teaspoon through the slice.
