46 Gallon, Seasoned tank., I even believe I am over filtered, ph is FINE, NO amonia YET my water continues to look cloudy, even with a few partials.,

What substrate are you using? If its a fine sand then it could be something as simple as that getting into the water column, if so try using a filter wool in your filter.

Also, if this has only occured randomlly.
Have you added anything new to the tank?
