nitrite testing

my brother bought me a nitrite testing kit today from the on site shop where he works and what he didn't realise is that its only the refill kit so i dunno how to get a reading from the results.

dunno if helps but its gone yellow ( like mildly watered down wee... nice)

do i have to compare it to a colour chart or something?

Try going to the manufacturer's website, or at least posting what brand it is here so maybe someone with the same test kit can help you out

its a tetra test NO2 kit

maybe you should edit the title of the original post to include the name of the kit so more people that have it might click on the link.

i lost the color chart to one of my kits and asked on another forum if anyone had one that they could scan and send to me, but i realized that different computers display colors differently and certainly differnt scanners scan differently. if you mail the company a letter, they will probably send you a chart.
