Nitrate Too High..... =/

i did a test strip and it has a few high things one of them was my nitrate how do i lower it?

Bigger, or more frequent water changes. although you won't be able to get it lower than what's in your tap water, so it's a good idea to test that too.

What is your nitrate at the moment? Don't forget too, that nitrate tests are one of the most unreliable, especially the test strip type.

Do a 30% water change asap then another one the day after don't forget to treat the new water with tap safe
