Nitrate, Nitrite And Ammonia Levels?

just wondering what safe levels of each are?

at the moment my tanks at the following..

amonia 0ppm
nitrate 10ppm
nitrite 0.5ppm

is this bad or acceptable? or should they all be 0ppm?

ammonia and nitrIte should be at 0 and nitrAte should be fine at around 60 but best kept low by doing weekly water changes

about 2 weeks, fish in cycle..

everythings been at 0ppm untill i checked today..
