Well, I had my alarm set for really early this AM, and after hitting the snooze button like 5 times I accidently hit the off button instead. So, naturally, I fell back asleep. :zz

While sleeping, I had this dream. It started off where I saw my old male VT George gasping for breath and turning Gray So I went to change his water, only when I got to the bathroom all the water conditioner was gone. I went back into my room and George wasn't in his 10 gallon, he was in the 30 Gallon attacking everything in sight. I found the water conditioner by my bed and conditioned the water in a glass breeding cage (Like a fry net but made of glass, which would be really unlikely in real life) And went to put George in it, however, after I scooped George up in the net the glass breeder had been replaced by a piece of wood with like a bead necklace hanging off of it. (How that was supposed to contain him i don't know, but it was a dream.) so I let him go in the Necklace circle and he turned and swallowed a piece of plastic, puffed up to be bigger than the size of my hand and started choking, but when I pushed against him he un-bloated, but he was still choking because of the plastic. :oh:

At this point I woke up and the first thing I did was check on george and he was perfectly fine. :good: :yahoo:

But man it was a weird dream. :shifty:

 I didn't have any cheese... I think it was because I had woken up then fallen back asleep, but I probably knew I had to get up so my subconcious came up with something scary enough to wake me up. :)

When I still kept goldfish, I used to dream that they multiplied and then began swimming in mid-air outside of their tanks. I guess fish-keepers are psychotic or something. ;)

I dreamed once my bettas were trying to eat me... but your story is more interesting.

Speaking of odd fish dreams.... I had one the other day after I read somewhere when someone said their fish were like their kids... I dreamed my bettas all had mohawks, tats and spat food back at me when I tried to feed them  no offence to anybody with tatoos, of course. Mohawks, on the other hand.....

I don't know if any of you know the game Animal Crossing for the Nintendo DS... well anyway...

I had a dream where my betta was swimming around that game and EATING my town residents!! :p And then he swallowed Curt, my favourite resident! I was liek NOOOOO!! :p

Lol

lol Now I know that I'm not the only crazy person who has fish dreams. I have anxiety dreams where I find a tank in my house(which is never my actual house) that I forgot about and hadn't changed or fed for who knows how long. Then when I try to take care of it I can't find any food or buckets or anything and people keep trying to distract me and get me to do other things! Poor dream fishies :/

lol, i also have had fish nightmares! I had a dream where I came home and my mom told me how she knew i wanted more fish so some guy she met gave some to her and she put them in my tanks. I came running to them only to discover really dirty water with two barely visible giant plecos, 3 male bettas ripping eachother apart, an oscar and a shark!! (all in my lil 25 gal) They were all thrashing about and my original fish were floating (dead) at the top of the tank. I tried to save them I stuck my hand to scoop them out (who knowsd why but i didnt have nets) but when I did some eel/snake like thing bit off my finger! Then three others jumping out and bit my other fingers!! AHHHH!! (disturbing) then I woke up (lol, and ran downstairs screaming only to discover that my tanks were fine). Oh and i checked, i still have all my fingers
