Nightmare With Coconut Cave

i went LFS today and bought a coconut cave and some moss
i thought simple tie it down with a hair net no problems
i was wrong
the moss is caught up in the hair net and it looks a mess
any tips on how to do it better ??

leave it be...give it a month or so and you will be please with the result

Indeed it initially clumps but soon spreads.
