Are Apistogramma cacatuoides a peaceful form of cichlid?
And if so can they go with other tropical fish such as neon tetra and guppies along with mollies gouramis

and other than rams, what other forms of cichlids are peaceful?

What size tank is the important info here - At the end of the day, most Cichlids can be termed as "peaceful" so long as you dont over crowd them and understand that they are going to show some kind of temper now and again.

Apistos are reasonably calm - they are dwarfs and are never really going to do masses of damage - though they could mess up a guppy or two if they got in their way.

Tank size is the priority here before anyone suggests any options or additions IMO
