hello i am new to all this and am simply looking for advice and tips, i have a 190L trigon aquarium with various plants and ornaments, i am now standing on about 15 fish, everything seemed to be good just fine until we had a power cut and the tank was shut off for approx 7 hours after that all the water levels flew through the roof and i am currently trying to get everything back on track, is there anyway quick way to recover this or does it just simply take time? plus i have only had the tank for just under 1 month and i started fresh as it is my first time at becoming a tropical fish keeper.... thank you

What exactly do you mean by 'water levels through the roof'?

You need to do lots of large water changes, using temperature matched, dechlorinated water until there is no ammonia or nitrite at all present in the tank. If you have to do more than one water change a day, that's fine.
