Hi there all,

Came across this place while searching the net for an answer to my tank issues at the moment.

I have a few guppies, tetras, bristle nose cat, upside-down cats and gouramis the blue one. All fine, then I entered 2 platies and 2 sword tails. The bloody gouramis are chasing all 4 of them round like mad. they have next to no tails left...

Hi and to the forum.

Gouramis can be terratorial and thats probably whats happening, it may calm down. Post your question in the begginers section and you should get more info, this section is just for introducing yourself Nice to have you aboard.

[EDIT: When you post your question in beginners, it would help if you included tank size and type of gourami.]

Thanks for the responses, I've been reading the other sections and am getting a better idea as to how these bloody fish work B)

Not 100% sure of tank size, it's quite big, will measure and get back to you. The type of fish is the I think pearl or Blue.
