Hello all you lovely people out there! Just thought I'd do the right thing and post an introduction here before I dive headlong into the rest of the forums. 
I'm new to fish keeping and managed somehow to start out with a 10g, then got second tank, ( 3 gallon) after my Betta decided to start taking an unhealthy interest in my 2 frogs & apple snail (taking a lovely bite of antenna with him, I might add).
Now I'm spending every spare moment of my free time watching, feeding, cleaning up after and reading about my new hobby LOL!
As for me, I work in a bookstore and try to stay out of the "liquid sunshine" found here in the pacific northwest whenever possible.
