Newbie Questions?

Well been and done plently of reading on the net, whilst at work today. (still here now ) And I think my main fish will be Pseudotropheus Saulosi. One of the sites that I read reccommended a male to female ratio of 1:3 Is this correct? I would put 2 males and 5-6 females and then perhaps 2-3 yellow labs. How does this sound? BTW, where do you guys buy your fish from? I'm not sure what stock my lfs has of malawi fish so will have a look this week, but I live in the midlands, any recommedations for stores, or do any of you buy fish online?

Saulosi are great fish. the 1 male to 3 female ratio is accurate and your stocking suggestion sounds good.

I'm lucky enough to have a couple of good LFS here in Manchester but the best in the country Wharf Aquatics is in Nottingham and would be well worth a visit for you.

Never bought fish online, i'd worry about them surviving the journey too much. Plus i love picking them out.
