Newbie Question

I have 18 gallon tank with 3 guppies, 1 honey gourami, 2 amano shrimp and 4 ghost shrimp. My first question is my tank overstock or is there way go for more 1-2 fish. If i can put 1-2 fish please suggest me.
 
Other thing I putting flake food which is always eaten by guppies and gourami fish , I was looking for some food which is go down to the bottom of tank and only eaten by my shrimps

I would add a couple more guppies, and then a shoal of 6 of something very small, like chill rasbora or celestial pearl danios.
 
The food I use is Sera Vipagran, I lucked into this at my very first LFS, when buying my very first fish. It starts floating and then sinks down, so that fish (and inverts) at all levels get a chance to eat it. My shrimp are more than happy with this. Alternatively, you could try catfish wafers. You can also get specialist shrimp food.
