Angel fish are tropical but probably not suitable for the tank you are thinking of getting. The biube is not a very good tank as it is tiny, has poor filtration and for the same money you could get a better tank three times the volume. Think of a biube as a room decoration rather than a fish home and it will only house a handful of TINY fish - certainly not angels.
