Newbie Help Needed With Undergravel Filter

Hi there. I have a 125 litre tank which measures 32inches (length) x 14 inches (depth) x 15 inches (height) and am looking to put a undergravel filtration system in. Please can you tell me exactly what i will need to set up this type of filtration and the best place to puchase the items.

u/g filter plate or plates two uplift tubes one air pump air line two air stones that's if you go that route the other way is to use power heads instead of air power and of course gravel

to be honest you would be better off with an internal or external filter.

I know its not what you asked for but in the long run they are better
