Following Ferris's lead from the Africans I thought that it might be helpful to show the members New Worlds as well. if you guys think its a good idea let me know and I will get something pinned so that it can happen.

Just looked through some of it and it seems to be a very good idea. It should help new comers with cold feet decide on what they want, or help people with identifications.

I personally would love to see some pics. I'm thinking of a cichlid tank soon but can't decide if I want new or old world.

If it is exactly like the pinned african thread, then that one says that the tank must be most, if not all african species. So I would assume that the New world would be the same, though there is much more variety for keeping New Worlds with other fish so maybe it should be opened up more.

Either way, I would love to show everybody my Big Ferocious JD (he's such a wouse)!
