Hey everyone!

I've managed to update the videos of my 2 shows tanks last week

90 gallon tank featuring Scarface, our oscar, and 3 clown loaches

thats well good but how long doe that take to clean?

Well, it's about 1 to 2 hours a week cleaning out the five tanks depending if i go for a quick gravel vac/water change or if i clean out the filters!

It's quite alot of work but it is enjoyable. and the oscar is just so much fun. I move the pieces of wood around and little rver rocks and he moves everything to the side all the time. he puts rocks in his mouth and spits them out against the glass! he's hilarious

sounds funny but i bet it takes ages to catch the fish

It's funny you mention catching the fish because i'm moving in 3 months!

Catching the small fishing isn't all that bad

I just remove everything and catch them with a net.

The oscar and 13 inch pleco will be something else....

i had to get my oscar out for the first time today and he was about 8" smaller the last time he was in a net.


glad to say he jus kinda sat in the net like he trusted me and knew it wasnt for long lol.

plecos, thats another story lol. they dont stop wiggling!

i just put my hand in a bag and grab him tightly

they make a funny screech when they're out of water though...

I think I saw some female bettas in there. How many do you have? How do they get along with the rest of the community?
And nice tank too . It seemed like there was one angel fish that followed the camera the whole time. Kind of funny.

Hi

The angelfish are great! The tank is setup next to the oscar tank and the oscar is always fed first. The angels try to catch the food that falls in there, quite funny to watch!

As for female bettas, I have 3 in there. They are quite peaceful with the other fish. They hide most of the time and come out mostly for food. That large angel was really rough with them at first (about a year ago now). He's calmed down now and lets them be but they still go hiding, except for feeding time and once in a while they swim around!

love scarface looks to have grown quick hehe even those clowns seem to have grown some what

would say that if u can try to get a cover gaurd for the heater cos maybe 1 day he might get hungry

Scarfac got so big! I love the angels!!!!!!!!!! Mine have ich!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All three, and they are babies!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought about getting a guard for the heater, but he leaves it alone usually

when it bugs him, he just puts it in his mouth without ramming it!
the pieces of wood keep him real busy. The outlet of the canister filter also annoys him, he knocked it off last week and i spent two days looking for it!

The clowns did grow about an inch in a year, which is really slow compared to our Scarface

Entertaining tank i tell ya, who needs a TV when you can watch a fish scoop up sand in his mouth and spit it everywhere!
