Hi there, welcome to the forum :)

Do you know what 'cycling' is?

Have you had the water tested at all, or do you have test kits of your own?

How long has the tank been set up and exactly what fish do you have?

Sorry for all the questions, but we really need more information before we can work out what's wrong.

No i don't know what that is. Its been set up for id say a month now. I had the pH level tested at thr pet store but that is the only test ive done, it came back ok. Im not sure what fish they are exactly.
2 of them are red fin tetras!

Can you send any pics? It would help if we knew what fish you had and how many. It sounds like your tank hasn't been cycled but it may be possible to work round that. Not sure what the "gas bubble" thing is?

Im not sure how to upload a picture but there are 2 red fin tetra, a black tip tetra (3 of them died) a little shrimp (crayfish thing) and one bottom feeder catfish guy. I woke up today and my fish had bubbles all over them and when i looked it up it matched a thing called gas bubble disease
The neon tetras died as well
