Hey all, im wanting to plant my cube properly, its 16'' and the water capacity is 64l, i hope to be keeping honey gouramis and another smaller species, maybe a small group of zebra danios, i was wondering what i would need, i have a small lamp, that isnt enough for plants, the substrate is sand, i know i would need a new light and some kind of co2? what would you recomend?

is my tank, the plants have now been removed, im wanting to go with something a bit more classy, and to provide somewhere for the gouramis to shelter

its 22w slight change of plans...i think dwarf puffers are what im getting :)

the 22w will be fine for plans like mosses, anubias sp, micrisorum sp, moss balls, hygrophillia sp, cryptocoryne sp, eleocharis parvula.

they will be fine w/o CO2 addition.

does anyone know how i would fit a propper tube light to my tank?

Take a look at Arcadia lighting, I've an Arcadia Arc Pod on my tank, it simply clamps onto the glass on any 1 wall of the tank. Though I think the bulbs only come in a maximum of 11W, but there are a lot of other lighting systems Arcadia do I think that will provide more light. Could be worth a try and they definitely look smart!
