Hi Everyone. I am new however I have been keeping tropical fish for over a year now and have bred many fish such as, pufferfish, bristlenosed catfish, kribensis, angelfish and all the livebearers. So I have now moved onto malawi. My tank is now finished and is 33 gal. I know this is regarded as beeing small for malawi but I have seen tanks this size look great. I plan on haveing 6 yellow labs and hopefully breeding them. They are currently about - - This big. VERY SMALL -_- . But I dont just want these fish I would like another species is there to, prefebly one that will live ok with the yellow labs and will also breed in the tank. Please tell me any advice / suggestions on what i should Put with my yellow labs.

Thank you :fun:

Fish you can consider that would do ok in a 33 gallon would be Pseudotropheus Saulosi or Iodotropheus sprengerae (rusty). Pseudotropheus Acei would work too, but they're best in a shoal and the numbers might get a little high for the tank - it's a judgment call on your part. Breeding these guys, you'll quickly realize once they get old enough, is no heroic feat - they'll breed even in sub-par conditions.
