Hi everyone. I live in Australia and have kept fish on and off for the past 20 odd years. As the name suggests I like Tetras, and with over 700 know species I have a lot to choose from. I also have done a bit of breeding with livebearers and bristlenose cat fish but aren’t at the moment. I have four fish tanks but only two have fish in them at the moment. I just bought a 2nd hand AquaOne 620T and it was a real pain getting all the missing parts to make it work.
I am actually having problems not getting enough current so I am trying to work out whether to get an internal filter, or do some cutting and install a canister filter. At the moment I have cardinal tetras in one tank along with some albino catfish and an upside catfish I rescued.
The other 3 tanks can wait for another day.
Even though I have been a hobbyist for over 20 years I don’t know everything so I was looking for a forum that was both friendly and knowledgeable.
