New To Aquarium Plants

Update: Best news yet... the second Penguin 200 has arrived. I now have two filters going on the tank to increase the circulation. With this added flow, hopefully the plants that have been out of the flow will start to perk up a bit.

My anacharis with the cory eggs is the one to the front left. It gets the most light, based on its location, and it also gets the most flow, as the first filter shoots water across the top of the tank, and it bounces off the front glass and straight down to the sand level - that plant is always swaying gently in the current - which I assume is why the cories chose that plant to lay the eggs on. ;)

We shall see what changes occur now with the new filter. I am running a high-low intake. The filter on the left is taking water up from about the level of the substrate (maybe 3 inches off the bottom.) The new filter is taking water from the surface area - just about where the bit of driftwood sits on the right side. If I should have both at the same level, let me know. (BTW, I can't have both at the substrate level as I don't have the extension tubes available for that. I added the extension from the new filter to the old one to get it to the bottom level. I could have them both at about mid-water level, one up and one down, or both at the top - which doesn't seem like a good option to me. Which is best for the circulation around the tank?)
