New Tank...

I jus bought another 17g 2 foot tank today and im going to put it next to my other 2 foot on my tv cabinet but the problem is that if i did that the tanks would be hanging 3/4 of an inch over the edge on each side of the cabinet... Would that be ok or would i have to put a bit of wood under both tanks that extends to the lengths of the 2 tanks?

Sounds too risky to me to have tanks sticking out like that. I'd rather be safe and put some wood underneath, long enough to be able to place both tanks on it completely.

lmao take a look at my pictures of my tanks (on my signiture) ma main tank hangs over each side of a dresser, bout 2 inchs, and its FINE, so dont worry bout it, BUT if your a worrier it might be good idea to put on wood cos we dont want sleepless nights do we!!! i slept fine cos am just anuva drunken 16yr old but you might be a worrying person... its your call but check out my pictures there fine!

Haha Im the worrying type so i had to put a piece of wood underneath it... lol and great tanks by the way!
