If i have filled up my new tank mostly with water from my other fish tank will it be ok to put fish in staight away or should i wait a bit? :S

Its not the water that contains the bacteria
If you have used gravel from your old tank as well
as a filter from it then  otherwise

ok so if i put some gravel in there will that be ok...it already got a double dose of stress zyme which is bacteria..and i only want to put a few tinnnnnneyyy weeeennyyy fish in there to get it going.....is this ok?

The bacteria are contained in the gravel and the filter. if possible, snip out some media from your other tanks filter and add it to the filter in the new tank. That should see the fastest results.
Adding gravel is good, water isn't effective.
Adding the stress zyme stuff will help, maybe... but not much. Use old filter media if possible.

read fish.orbust.net/cycling for advice :)
