New Tank

Hi All,
 
Just got a new fish tank and was wondering what I could stock it with. The measurements of the tank are 91cm long by 38cm wide by 45cm high.
 
I was hoping to run a tropical set up in it, could anyone recommend what sort of fish would suit that sized tank and how many of each.

First thing would be to know your water parameter and how you set up the tank, if you have.
 
By how you set p the tank I mean if you set it up with rocks, wood and/or plants (real or fake), if you used coarse gravel or sand, and so on.
That would help us match the environment to the fish.
