Hi,i have juvenile central, south american cichlids and some clown loaches, Ive just upgraded from my 200 litre Rena which had an xp filstar external filter to a 675 litre tank which has a 129 litre sump, im new to using a sump as a filter only used an external before, the guy ive bought the tank of to be fair has helped me set it up and its been running for three days i intend doing a fishless cycle, in the sump we have placed in the first section bio balls floss and sponge, my question eventually ive got to it,will this adequately cope with the filtration for the tank or is there anything else that you would recommend that i could put into one of the other sections.I have taken some sponge out from my old filter to place in the sump. any help would be much appreciated. new to the hobby eight months.

Many Thanks.

Bags of carbon, more biomedia, heaters, the sky is the limit with sumps.
