hi am ordering a tank L 48 h 24 d 15 appox 210 liters what i want to know is whats the best internal fillter and heater i am looking at the fluval u4 fillter and the fluval e 200 watt heater or poss 2x 150
2 heaters aren't necessary. For a 4ft tank I'd be inclined to go with an external filter. Unless you're happy to lightly stock the tank, you'd probably want more filtration than a fluval u4.
