new tank

hi i am desperate for a small tank(about 3-3.5 gallons)to keep a crowntail siamese fighter fish theyre so pretty only problem is my dad wont let me have another tank but in abot 1 year 3 months i will be 16 an my dad wont be able to stop me for now though i intend to get a regular store siamese fighter for my community aswell as getin a african dwarf frog

I'd say its not the best idea, bettas don't do well in community tanks.

I believe you have a guppy though, is that right? Everything I've read/heard suggests bettas and guppies are not good tankmates.

i only have the1 male the rest are dead

It seems you have
2 dwarf gouramis
2 polka dot loaches
1 guppy
3 platys
5 neon tetras

Well, none of the fish are good tankmates. Bettas and gouramis aren't reccomended to be kept together, guppies are a no, platies are usually a no too as they are brightly coloured and neons can be nippy.
