Hi all.

I am just about to set up my new tank, its a Juwel Rio 125 approx 33 gallons and i thought it would be a great size for a pair of keyholes, i am going to have it planted with a sand substrate and wondered if these would make good tank mates and a good looking tank.

2 Keyholes
1 Bristlenose
5 Neon Tetra
5 Black Neon Tetra
3 Guppies (1 male)

also will the neons all school together even though they are different colours?

Im not too sure about the keyholes (dont remember how big they get) but everything else sounds perfectly fine! Yes, the tetras should school together. From my experience, any species of tetra of relative size will school together for safety sake :good:

I agree, the Keyhole Cichlids should be fine. Ours have grown really quickly, from 1" to 3" in about 3 months! I don't think they get much bigger than 4" and are incredibly peaceful.
