New Tank Whats Needed Please.

hi guys.

i have just brought a new tank the dimensions are 4 foot long 1 and a half foot deep by 1 foot wide.

can you tell em on this size tank what filter will i need and heater i have a heater and filter from my old 1 foot by 1 foot by 1 foot but i would think these wont be enough for this tank.

also how much gravel should be at the bottom of my tank 1 inch will that be enough

filter should turn over at least 4 times the water volume every hour (there is a tank volume calculator at the op of this forum)

heater should be 300W for that size

gravel depth depends on what fish you plan to have and if you will be planting the tank.
