Are these readings acceptable for me to enter fish into the tank?

PH 8.5 when treated with tap/safe and stress zyme
Ammonia 0mg
Nitrite 0.1mg
Nitrate 25mg

Tank has been cycled.

yep that looks ok, depending on what you are adding... any ideas?
