Fish Addict
a mate messaged me on facebook asking if i wanted a fish tank, i said not really as i have 3, he said it needs to go asap, i asked the usual questions, what size, what filter, heater tank mates?? he replied, fluval 304 external filter, 200w heater, rocks etc and 5 fish. i asked what the fish were and he said 2 plecs and others, i asked what the others were and he said '' they look like fish '' 
anyways, i went there today, saw a 4ft tank in okish condition, needed a clean a year ago! but to my excitement and utter surprise, there where 2 BIG plecs.
i id'd them straight away as your average common pleco.
at the moment they are 9 and 7 inches long. im keeping them in my 4ft tank that was already setup for the time being, i plan on moving one of them to the tank i just got as soon as its setup.
i know i need a bigger tank than 4ft for these buggers so im investing in a 6ft within thenext 6 months.
they are absolutely gorgeous creatures.

there's the one you can see and a smaller one. altogether i had 2 common plecs, 2 loaches, 1 single cory and 2 barbs or something. the water was really merky, poor plecs didnt want to move when i netted them. they are much happier now 
funny thing is they dont hide, they are out all the time, which is fantastic.
