I am thinking of buying another tank, size is

Length: 48 Inches
Height: 19 Inches
Depth: 15 Inches

i am thinking of just keeping barbs in there, but diff varieties, how many could i safely put in?

They have stocking level calculators that are very useful.

personally i really don't like those calculators, i find them unreliable

find out the size of your tank in us gallons, for every gallon of water you can have one inch of fish.

so if for example the tank is 30 us gallons, the barbs all reach 2" then you can have 15 of them in there.

some barbs get to different sizes though so we can't give an overall number

it works out to 49 uk gallons, or 59 us gallons.

nice think i would go for about 25 ish to be safe then
