New Tank... How Long Before Fish?

I got a new 10 gallon tank yesterday, I used gravel from an existing tank, 8 gallons of water from an existing tank, fake plants and rocks from an existing tank, and used a filter cartridge from an existing tank. I also used Bio-Spira, how long do you think I should wait before putting fish in there?
