OK, if there is an Australian equivalent of boots or B&Q would be your best bet. It needs only contain ammonia and water, and should not foam when shaken.
I would offer to post some, but 1) would be very expensive, 2) would probably get seized at customs

There is indeed (I remember those shops--used to live in Cambridge). Will have a hunt over the weekend.
I think customs would be very confused! Thanks for the offer nonetheless.
Could you advise me on another matter I'm finding a lot of mixed opinions on online? Does finrot tend to clear itself up in clean waters with the right parameters, or is treatment always necessary? (Another thing I need to go to the shops for.)
