New Stocking Is It Any Good

hi my tank is

2ft by 15 inches by 12

and will be running a interpet external filter rated for 100-200 litre tanks and has a lph of 700 lph

it will be a fully planted tank so loads of plants

id like

6 pygmy cories
some neons been adviced to go with 15
1 female honey gurami
some cherry shrimp
so can i add 3 true endlers and if i do should i drop the number of neons
