New Stock

Just wondered when is the best time to do 25% water change when introducing new stock, I normally do one every Wednesday, I got more new fish on Sunday, (the tank is cycled) what do you think??? Thanks

I would have thought that the 3 days between Sunday and Wednesday would be ok for the new ones to settle in, but if you feel their behaviour shows they are still settling, then leave it a while.

Is it common to add anything to the tank when adding new fish, like Melafix or other parasite meds to keep illness down? Do you recommend WC before adding? I have done a test and WC a few days after adding in the past to ensure water quality.

I would just stick to your usual routine as long as the fish seem ok on the wednesday. I personally don't add anything to the water when adding new fish, however some people choose to add stress coat to help prevent disease from stress.
