1 or 2 angels
5 Harliquins
3 Bleeding hearts
8 Red Phantoms
6 corys
8-10 kuhli loach

I would be a little skeptical with the angels, you would probably be okay with 1.

Was just thnking though, it will be a little orange with all these fish. I want some blue really but can't have cardinals or neons withthe angels.
What about:

I'd bump the numbers of Bleeding hearts upto 5, with only 3 you may find them to be quite fin nippy.
Apart from that looks good

Rainbows need to be in groups of 6 or better. I think you would be safe to add 1 more.
