Hi, we're setting up our new 125L tank today. Once everything has settled, we're looking to get 3 Red-Lined Torpedo Bards, 10 Harlequins, we already have a Plecci who's been with us a few years, and maybe another loach or bottom feeder. We'd like some advice on what specimen fish to get (if this is the right term? The 'feature' fish!) We like the idea of 2 large (ish) colourful but peaceful fish that would work well with this tank. We saw the same set up at Maidenhead Aquatics recently and they had 2 Angel Fish. Some cichlids are gorgeous but I hear they can be aggressive. Any other suggestions?? Much appreciated advice for the newbie :0)

If I were you, i'd up the number of torpedo barbs to 6 (as they are a schoaling fish) and leave it at that, as torpedo barbs can get as big as 15cm. Also, what type of pleco is it, as plecos can become absolutely huge :good:
