I got some of the healthiest most beautiful plants today.
The problem is that they are covered in snails!!!!!!
I can not put them in my tank!
I do not want a snail problem ever again!
What do I do?

Help me kill the snails and not the plants... please!

Thanks! :good:

I often hear people using a minute long bleach dip,
Followed by a dip in some declorinised water,

But I'm not sure of the timings/ratios.

Sorry I carnt be more help :good:

Thanks everyone!

I cleaned them. Then I did the bleach dip. After that I cleaned them again and soaked them in water with declor.
I left them in separate bowls overnight. Then I cleaned them again and put them in a tank. :look:

I hope I didn't miss anything.

I guess we will see. :good:

Watch your tank very carefully. It's amazing how these guys can hide. You think you have none, then the next morning you have 8. :shout:

This is why I hate them so much.
I am still thinking about getting some loaches so I won't have to worry so much. I just need to decide what kind will work in each tank. (and find them)
Thanks :good:
