New Plants In A Tank

Hi all. My tank has just qualified so the next job is to do a massive water change & replace the silk plants with real ones.

Tank is 180 litre
Lighting is 2 X T8 30w. I have interpet "tropical daylight" tubes in it.

PH is 8
DH + KH both very high

Playsand substrate

Will be SA based so will be stocked with
2 X BN's
20 ish Tetras
2x Apistos
1 x Anglelfish
Assassin Snails

So what plants shall I buy for my complete novice low-tech tank?

Tom, there is another thread somewhere here just in the last couple of days asking about easy plants and someone put the link in there to the article in the PARC that rose, LL and George Farmer wrote that lists a bunch of easy plants.

It includes the most commonly listed ones, I think, of java moss, java fern, anubias, swords, crypts and a few stem plants.
