its the 2.67gal one , so rougly 3 gallons, he seems pretty happy in there, i've caught him in his castle a few times i guess he likes chilling in there.

what im worried about is when u look in straight from the front, the sides are like mirrors,he was flaring a bit at first but not so much anymore, im wondering if it will bother him much

they had all sorts of different kinds, ranging from $1.99 to 9.99$ the cheap ones we're just as pretty so i decided since its my first one to get the cheapest. i knew they were cheap but i didnt think they'd be that cheap when i went there.

First off, welcome to a life in which bettas will consume you (or is that just me?). He's a very pretty boy. As for the reflection thing: don't worry about it. My Harvey absolutely LOVES staring and flaring at himself. Even if there's a background on his tank...he can still see himself and he happily flares at his "neighbor." He's so sweet. He has real neighbors now though, so they keep him entertained.

thanks, theres no way i could ever keep any animal in such a small confinment. espically something so beautiful as a betta. even if people "say" they dont mind small houses, its still really cruel and inhumane.

Bettas certainly are very addicting pets. I'd have them all over my home if I could afford it heh
